Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Refordge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us at info@refordge.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can sometimes happen.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@refordge.com and we will review the issue.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Split Shipments
