At Refordge, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is wrong with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused

the item must be in its original packaging

the item must be in the same condition as received

proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, we do not accept returns for:

used items

opened personal care items

worn fitness or self-care products

items damaged by misuse

sale or clearance items

gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@refordge.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

your order number
-
clear photos of the product
-
clear photos of the packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your case is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the item arrived damaged

the item is defective

the wrong item was sent
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.
